Interactive: M&I Bank Online Consumer Experience

During my tenure at M&I Bank as Online Art Director, we were actively engaged in exploring how customer journey mapping, user personas, and taking a holistic view of the elements of user experience could help our customers make a more personal connection with the bank. At the forefront of this movement, M&I Bank brought my team together with internal designers, marketers, and developers to build a new banking UI from the bottom up. We were rewarded with national recognition and a 30% increase in online banking traffic.
