The traditional corporate year-end health benefits campaign was not effective for a core group of Disney employees. A new marketing approach aimed at this select audience finally got their attention. Using an "outside in" brand strategy that mimicked comic book panels from Disney's playbook - bold swatches of primary colors, intense graphic elements, and first-person dialogs - helped to persuade these employees about the necessity of exploring benefit options.
